How do I receive the voucher?
Order
Order your voucher easily in our online shop. Select the desired amount and put the voucher in the shopping cart .
Check email
After placing your order, you will receive your invoice and the voucher file attached by email . Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email immediately.
Now you can print out the voucher file and wrap it as a gift or forward it digitally directly to the recipient .
Redeem
The voucher can now be redeemed for all products in our shop. Whether it's a workshop, online seminar, 1:1 coaching, presets or business tools !

How do I receive my voucher?
After a successful order you will receive the voucher file by email . You can then either forward the voucher directly or print it out and wrap it as a gift.
How long is the voucher valid?
Our vouchers have no expiry date . You can redeem the voucher at any time in our shop.
When will I receive my voucher?
If you paid with Paypal or credit card when placing your order, you will receive the voucher immediately by email. If you pay via bank transfer, the voucher will be sent after receipt of payment .
Can the voucher be used for all products in the online shop?
Yes! You can redeem your voucher for all products . No matter whether workshop, online seminar, Lightroom presets & tools or business tools.
Can I determine the value of the voucher myself or are there predetermined amounts?
You can choose from voucher values ranging from €25 to €500 . Unfortunately, individual voucher values are not possible.
Can I return or exchange the voucher?
The voucher can be revoked within 14 days of completing the purchase. An exchange or cash withdrawal is no longer possible after this.
How is the voucher redeemed and where do I enter the voucher code?
You can redeem the voucher code in the checkout . The value of your voucher will be deducted directly from the total amount.
Can I partially redeem the voucher or do I have to spend the entire value at once?
If the voucher value is higher than the total amount, you can of course use the remaining amount of the voucher on your next purchase ! If you don't know how much is left on the voucher , you can ask us at any time by email at team@kathiundchris.de !
What if the voucher amount is not enough for the total amount?
That's no problem , you can easily pay the remaining amount via Paypal, credit card or bank transfer .
