Shipping policy

I. For shipments within and outside Germany

For deliveries within and outside Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. prepayment by bank transfer

2. payment via PayPal

3. payment via Shopify Payments ( credit card, Sofort, Giropay, Apple Pay).



Delivery of download products:

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).

Download products can be downloaded via a link communicated by e-mail.
The sending of this e-mail with access data for the execution of the download takes place immediately after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).



II. detailed information on the individual payment options

Advance payment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of payment separately by e-mail during order processing.



Payment via PayPal

Only a few steps to payment:
1. choose "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.
2. to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user information and initiate the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.
4. After that you will be redirected back to us (www.shop.kathiundchris.de).


When selecting the payment method "PayPal Credit" (installment payment via PayPal), the seller assigns his payment claim to PayPal. Before accepting the seller's declaration of assignment, PayPal performs a credit check using the transmitted customer data. The seller reserves the right to refuse the customer the payment method "PayPal Credit" in case of a negative examination result. If the payment method "PayPal Credit" is allowed by PayPal, the customer has to pay the invoice amount to PayPal according to the conditions set by the seller, which are communicated to him in the online store of the seller. In this case, he can only pay to PayPal with debt-discharging effect. However, the seller remains responsible for general customer inquiries, e.g. regarding the goods, delivery time, shipment, returns, complaints, revocation declarations and deliveries or credit notes, even in the case of assignment of claims.

 

Payment via Shopify Payments

When selecting a payment method offered via the payment service "Shopify Payments", payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter "Stripe"). The individual payment methods offered via Shopify Payments are communicated to the Customer in the Seller's online store. For the processing of payments, Stripe may use other payment services, for which special payment conditions may apply, to which the customer may be informed separately.
