I have subscribed to the newsletter but am not receiving it
Make sure that your e-mail address is entered correctly and check the spam folder to see if the e-mails are there. Otherwise you can send us an email to team@kathiundchris.de and we will check your registration!
I want to change my data, how can I do that?
If you want to change your name or your e-mail , you can change your data at any time via the link in the footer area of the newsletter.
Why can't I see any pictures in the newsletter?
This is most likely due to the security settings of your email program. Depending on which device you use to read the newsletter, you will find the settings for this in different places. The option to download the images is usually given in the header area of the mail.
